James "Jimmy" Stephen Donaldson, famously known as MrBeast, is the world's most-subscribed YouTube creator, recognized for his high-stakes challenges, elaborate stunts, and large-scale philanthropy. Born in Wichita, Kansas, and raised in Greenville, North Carolina, he started his YouTube journey in 2012 at just 13 years old. He achieved widespread viral fame in 2017 after uploading a video of himself counting to 100,000, which pioneered a brand-new genre of online video entertainment. By July 2024, his main channel officially surpassed 300 million subscribers, securing his spot as the platform's top creator.
