Wardell Stephen Curry II, born March in Akron, Ohio, is an American professional basketball player. The son of former NBA player Dell Curry, he played college basketball at Davidson before being selected seventh overall in the 2009 NBA Draft. Since then, he has spent his entire career with the Warriors, leading them to four NBA championships and earning two league MVP awards, including the only unanimous MVP in history. Widely recognized as the greatest shooter to ever play the game, Curry holds the NBA record for the most career three-pointers and was instrumental in the 2024 Olympic gold medal win for Team USA.
